David, a native of Barrington, Rhode Island, has been in different facets of Real Estate since 1986 and has personally owned, remodeled, and drawn blueprints of homes including his own investment and Vacation properties throughout his career. Prior to real estate, he spent time in the construction & marine industry and has built luxury & racing yachts including the America’s Cup Defenders in the early 90’s. Over the last 10 years, he has been in the Information Technology and Telecommunications Industry.
